If you attend and event at the Bradley Center please look for the Band to purchase your refershment this is an excelent way to help support the Oak Creek Band.

When we receive dates to work at the Bradley Center they will get emailed to you . Karen Machajewski (kmachajews@wi.rr.com) and Patty Sobolik (psobolik@wi.rr.com) will be your primary contacts for the 2006-2007 season. If you are interested in working at the Bradley Center this season you need to e-mail BOTH contacts to get onto their email address book. All communication about the Bradley Center will be done via e-mail. Even if you are not interested in working any of the dates listed, it is still imperative that you contact both of us now, so you will be assured that you will get all future information about dates to sign up for. AGAIN, NO FURTHER MAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOUR HOME, ALL COMMUNICATION WILL BE DONE BY E-MAIL. If you do not provide us with your e-mail address at this time you will no longer receive information to work events. When sending e-mails you must include your first and last name,   we send out a large number of e-mails and it is too difficult to know who is sending them back if you don't provide us with your last name.

Freshman parents and all others who have not worked the Bradley Center in the past are encouraged sign up now. The average payout is $25-30 per person per event. Everyone meets at the library and carpools down the the Bradley Center together.

You need to e-mail Patty Sobolik , and Karen Machajewski ,(Bradley center request) ASAP.  Signing up is on a first com first serve basis.The amount of events that each person can work depends upon how many people request to work.
 
The OCHS band parents need to provide 1 manager each event we work at the BC.We will be needing new managers to work the events. There is a new manager training session at the BC on Oct 19th at 6pm that you need to attend if you are interested in becoming a manager. As of Feb 1st we will be loosing most of our manages since they are senior parents. Now is the time to step up and take the training if you are interested in being a manager. Let me know ASAP if you want to attend the training session. You park in the structure, enter at gate D,and have your parking pass stamped at the session for free parking. Thanks Rosemary and Karen
